This Privacy Policy describes how DressApp ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application ("DressApp" or the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Photos You Provide

When you use DressApp, you may provide photos of yourself and garments for virtual try-on processing. These photos are sent to our servers solely for the purpose of generating AI-powered try-on results.

• Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after processing is complete.
• Generated result images are stored only on your device.
• We do not use your photos for training AI models or any purpose other than generating your requested try-on result.

Purchase Information

All purchases (subscriptions and credit packs) are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). Apple handles all payment processing. We receive only a confirmation of your purchase to deliver tokens to your account.

Device Information

We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and a unique device identifier for the purpose of managing your subscription status through our payment provider (Adapty). This information is not linked to your personal identity.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require an account or login — the App works without any personal information.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use cookies or web tracking technologies.
• We do not share any data with third-party advertisers.

3. How We Use Information

The limited information we process is used exclusively to:

• Generate virtual try-on results from the photos you provide.
• Manage your token balance and subscription status.
• Improve the App's performance and reliability.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• fal.ai — AI image processing. Photos are sent to fal.ai's servers for virtual try-on generation and are processed in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Adapty — Subscription and in-app purchase management. Adapty processes purchase receipts and manages subscription status.
• Apple App Store — Payment processing for all in-app purchases.

5. Data Storage

All app data (your wardrobe, history, token balance, and generated images) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a database of user data on our servers. If you delete the App or clear its data, all locally stored information will be permanently removed.

6. Children's Privacy

DressApp is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a child, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
