Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DressApp mobile application ("App") operated by DressApp ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

DressApp is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to visualize how garments would look on a person. Users upload photos of a person and garments, and our AI technology generates a composite image showing the person wearing the selected garment(s).

2. Token System

DressApp uses a token-based system to access AI features:

• Free Tokens: New users receive 20 free tokens upon first use.
• Subscriptions: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscription plans provide tokens that are delivered at the start of each billing period.
• Credit Packs: One-time token purchases that do not expire.

Token costs vary by feature: virtual try-on costs 10 tokens, and studio model/background generation costs 5 tokens per use.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
• Unused tokens from a subscription period do not carry over to the next period. Credit pack tokens do not expire.

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload and the images generated by the App.
• By using the App, you confirm that you have the right to use any photos you upload (e.g., they are your own photos or you have permission from the person depicted).
• You agree not to upload photos that contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Photos are processed for the sole purpose of generating try-on results and are not stored on our servers after processing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the App's services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of AI-generated results. Virtual try-on results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a garment would look in real life.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DressApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of tokens due to technical issues, or reliance on AI-generated results for purchasing decisions.

9. Data Storage

All app data including your wardrobe, history, token balance, and generated images is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App or clearing its data will permanently remove all locally stored information. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device issues or app deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
