What is DressApp?

DressApp is an AI-powered virtual try-on application. Upload a photo of yourself and a garment, and our AI will generate a realistic image of you wearing that garment.

How does the token system work?

DressApp uses tokens to access AI features. New users receive 20 free tokens. You can get more tokens through subscription plans or one-time credit pack purchases. Virtual try-on costs 10 tokens per use, and studio features cost 5 tokens per use.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Are my photos stored?

Your photos are processed temporarily to generate try-on results. We do not permanently store your personal photos on our servers. Generated images are stored locally on your device. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please visit Apple's Request a Refund page or contact Apple Support directly.

What photo quality works best?

For best results, use clear, well-lit photos. The person should be fully visible from head to at least mid-thigh. Garment photos should show the item clearly against a simple background.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try the following steps:

Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Update the app to the latest version from the App Store.
Restart the app or your device.
